​Full-Body Stretch
An easy-going class that works through the entire body from head to toe, incorporating seated, prone, supine, and kneeling stretches. Modifications will be offered to suit your individual needs. Feel free to adjust the intensity according to your comfort level. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required. Stretches will primarily be demonstrated from the floor but can easily be adapted for chair use.

Hatha Yoga
A slower-paced style of yoga that explores a variety of yoga postures, emphasizing proper alignment and using the breath as a guide to connect with the body and poses. Poses will be done seating, kneeling, standing, and lying down, and each will be held for several breaths, allowing the body to gently relax into each pose. Modifications are offered, making this class suitable for all fitness and experience levels. ​

Mat Pilates
Renowned for its core-strengthening benefits, targeting muscles like the abdominals, obliques, and lower back, mat Pilates improves flexibility through dynamic stretching, enhances muscle tone, and promotes better posture by emphasizing proper alignment and body awareness. Additionally, Pilates is low-impact, making it suitable for injury recovery and diverse fitness levels, and contributes to an overall sense of well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic yoga practice that harmonizes movement with breath. Suitable for all levels, this class offers modifications to accommodate everyone, ensuring that each participant can honor their body and practice at their own pace. Explore a variety of poses linked seamlessly together, fostering a meditative experience while building strength, flexibility and the mind-body connection.

Yin Yoga
This gentle practice is a series of slow-paced poses held for extended periods while focusing on breath awareness. This allows you to gently stretch and release tension and promotes flexibility and mindfulness.
Yogalates
This class fuses Pilates and yoga for a comprehensive workout that boosts core strength, posture, and flexibility while reducing stiffness. It emphasizes core abdominal strength to support the spine and improve alignment and body awareness through full-body exercises. Traditional yoga poses are also incorporated to enhance joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and tension relief, creating a harmonious approach to wellness.
