About Kristin
Kristin has over two decades of experience leading fitness and wellness programs, ranging from personal training to coaching swimming and track to teaching yoga, Pilates, and exercise for cancer, among other modalities.

Kristin holds a diverse array of certifications, and her classes emphasize the integration of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Her background in science education, combined with a deep understanding of anatomy and body mechanics, allows her to educate participants on the "why" and "how" of movement, empowering them to connect with their bodies on a deeper level.

In addition to offering both in-person and virtual classes, Kristin has presented at various yoga festivals and retreats across the United States, including the Zion Yoga Festival, the OM Festival, the NEPA Yoga Festival, and the Alaska Yoga Festival. Recently, she co-founded REVIVE: Support for Cancer Recovery with her long-time friend and colleague, Jo Anna Hopkins.

Outside of her wellness endeavors, Kristin is a dedicated secondary science teacher and actively volunteers with Livestrong, focusing on exercise for cancer, community education, and advocacy. An avid traveler, she has explored 45 states, including 16 states alongside her gray tabby cat, Lavender.
