Hi, I'm Kristin.

When I was an undergraduate, I was working part-time as a lifeguard when the water aerobics instructor didn't show up one night. I had no formal fitness training at the time but decided to lean into my experiences as a competitive swimmer and dancer and stepped in to teach the class. Lo and behold, we all had a good time - and a great workout! 

Since that time, I have had the honor to lead hundreds of fitness classes in over a dozen modalities, and realized it is not just the physical activity that brings me joy and makes me feel strong and healthy - it is sharing energy and interactions with others. This is something I hope to do for the rest of my life.
